NCHM and its
affiliated Institutes constantly endeavor to offer
knowledge, skills, concepts and techniques in the right
environment for the students to learn and emerge as global
Hospitality Service providers.
National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology
is an autonomous body under Ministry of Tourism, Government
of India. The Council centrally regulates academics for
hospitality and hotel administration and other eleven
structured courses of studies that are imparted at the
existing 24 Institutes of Hotel Management and 7 Food Craft
Institutes located in different parts of the country. All
Institutes uniformly follow standardized course curricula
prescribed by the Council for the twelve different
professional programmes.
Quality of education and training provided by the Institutes
helps student to emerge as professionally qualified
personnel for hospitality and other allied service sectors.
The Council has till date trained more than 30,000
Hospitality Managers, Executives and other operational
personnel. Its alumni occupy key positions in hospitality
industry and in academic institutions in India and abroad.
